Sleds move fast, really fast, and they are easy to steer (and even easier on a new Yamaha)…when there’s snow, that is. Driving into your garage works, but then turning it around to drive out again can be a back wrencher. Backing into your garage takes some skill and isn’t as easy in the dark. The guys over at Extreme Snow Limited have made moving your sled around a lot more simple.
Last year at Hay Days we met with Jason and Chad and they demonstrated the SledEZ for us. It’s so slick that it makes nearly every other sled mover look cumbersome. Now there are some good sled movers out there, but some of the old standbys are outdated now that SledEZ is here. All you do is line up the skis and the track to the SledEZ and give it a little throttle and the sled crawls right on. Then all it takes is a little nudge to move it around, tuck it in a corner, or turn it around ready to go the next time.

When you’re ready to ride, start your sled, let it warm up a bit, give it a little gas and the SledEZ is pulled out from underneath by the track. How simple is that? Here is a short video to demonstrate the SledEZ:

“I was very impressed on how easy it was to assemble and use the SledEZ. The kit comes pre-assembled so to put it together, you just need to remove the two bolts on the front portion, insert the tube, reinstall the bolts and tighten with a 1/2″ wrench.”
“To use it, you set the rear portion up against the track and adjust the front tube with the pin to at least six inches in front of the skis. Give it a little gas and the machine crawls up onto the SledEZ until the skis are centered on the front portion. The rollers are very high quality so it pulls easily over driveway grooves, uneven asphalt and concrete aprons to save your garage from carbide scratches.”
“In its two pieces, the SledEZ easily fits into the back of a SUV or car with rear seats folded down. To store it, you pull the pin to seperate the pieces, making it ideal for storage along the garage wall or hanging from hooks.”
You can even get a trailer hook accessory where you dolly your sled up to the trailer ramp, hook the trailer to the SledEZ and then drive your snowmobile onto the trailer. It’s a great addition to an already great product.
