Every year the MaxSled crew attends the Pink Ribbon Ride in Minnesota and we always have the best ride and the best time of the entire season. Jody McKay runs the non profit organization that raises money to help men and women with breast cancer. One of the many things we love about Pink Ribbon Riders is the money raised goes directly to the people fighting breast cancer. That is a huge blessing for those in need.
Jody has started something that has grown to seven snowmobile events in seven different states and raises thousands of dollars for a great cause. I don’t think you could find a sweeter, more dedicated and hard working person. She is a shining example of what you can be capable of if you really step up.
If you have not attended one of the events in your state, Now is the time. I guarantee you will have the time of your life meeting some the the nicest people and just plain have a great time. The most popular comment from people that have attended the Pink Ribbon Riders event is, “I can’t wait to come back next year”. That pretty much tells the story for those that have not attended yet.
If spending two days with great people you are soon to meet, Riding beautiful trails on your snowmobile, eating some very tasty food, hearing some very touching stories of people fighting a very ugly disease, Winning tons of prizes and raising a lot of cash to just plain help people sounds like a great time, Then go to www.pinkribbonriders.com and find an event close to you or take this time to travel to another state for a weekend you will never forget. If you choose the Minnesota location you will have the chance to ride with the MaxSled Crew.
